It probably depends on how badly you want a Winchester Model 75 Target rifle.

They are good capable old school target rifles. In the same class as a Remington 513T but not in the same league as a Winchester 52.

In 2021, it is a decent asking price for a rifle that has not been screwed up or modified (no extra holes, cut or carved stock, missing hardware etc.). Most local places I see would try to to get more simply because it is an old Winchester rifle.

That said, it is not a smokin' deal/giveaway price.

Does it have a magazine? Rear sight mounting base on the receiver?

Personally, I'd let it go because I'm not that interested in a Model 75. Someone who is looking for one would likely buy it and be quite happy with it.
