Any decision made by CMP about selling the original cardboard boxes?

I know that this been brought up a few times and it seems that CMP always says they're going to think about. So I asked have you made up a decision? I really would like to have an original cardboard box willing to pay for the shipping and the Box itself thank you so much

I wonder if they have auctioned off that Remington/UMC 1911 pictured on that link yet?

I should probably know this, but how do you find the upcoming auction items?

I just found out about it a few months ago. You just do a search under listing # instead of listing title on the auction page above the last available auction item number listed. CMP has the next auction items ready to go usually, you have to be signed in also.

It looks to me as if those boxes are serialized, which would create difficulty in reuniting them with their correct contents.
