Western cmp games - march 13-22 2020

Do you have to compete to take the maintenance course? Will there be M1s for sale?

I've never attended a CMP event but I got my M1 last week and would like to attend.

Yes, M1's were for sale last time i went 2018 -- I took the New shooter course taught by Mr Gary Anderson & will try for the maintenance course this year @ the western games...I do not believe you need to compete to take the courses as I was able to attend w/o competing. the open sales start on Sat with the competitor presales open on Friday per the DRAFT schedule.

I've ordered my first M1 from the CMP, but I don't know if it will arrive before the games.

Do you need your own rifle for the Garand Maintenance Clinic or the Garand New Shooter Rifle Clinic?

I believe I saw something stating you did for one and not for the other. I plan to attend one myself. I don't really want to drive up from tucson twice. I cant find the info on the nee site so you may want to call or email.
