A4 Repro Legal for Springfield Match?

What makes it very difficult for me is the three vertebrae fused together in my neck, that limits how far I can lift my head up and back in prone. Got to be able to rest the full weight of my head on the stock.

I did get a reply from CMP, Sara said this is Springfield match legal, by removing the scope and installing irons. Turned down bolt handle is OK.
