Checking the Estore for my Winchester model 52 order on Dday+1.

I sent mine priority mail, for all I know it's not even there yet.

Best of luck to all!

You missed stage one: "Check the delivery status of the order every hour to make sure it gets delivered by the contracted time/date".

Stage two: Check your email every hour waiting for the don't bug us email from the CMP.

Stage three: Check the estore every hour waiting for the order to post.

Stage four: Check the estore every hour waiting for the order to go to processing

Stage five: Check the estore every hour waiting for the order to go to shipped

Stage six: Check email every hour to look for the shipping tracking numbers

Stage seven: Check the tracking status every hour

Stage eight: Attempt to avoid getting drool on the box as you open your new prize.

Stage nine: lament that you cannot get to the range until Saturday.... Clean, oil and photograph, post photos online.

Stage ten: Satisfaction, she shoots as well as you had hoped.

Stage eleven: Place new order and return to stage one.

I remember the wonderful torture of stage 1-7 from late December '06 til mid-April '07 waiting for a Heavy Barrel 40X. It was murder!!! The joy of stage 8 was worth every moment. The rifle had a small ding in the wood and a small wear mark on the bolt. Otherwise it was unused.
Enjoy the agony!!

Well... if they sold out today, I know my order got there yesterday, so hopefully, I got mine!

Or maybe that is just wishful thinking.

Wow.

At least this process was easier than the bayonette refresh wars.

Although I did enjoy the online ordering for the 40X's last time and felt that it worked very well.

But now the agony of wondering if I made the cutoff begins.....AARRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!

wasn't going to order, however when the usmc came up without stocks, screws, trigger guard I sent in for one. as i customised these 40x's i held onto all the spare parts triggers, screws, trigger guard and most important the stocks so it looks like that paid off.
