Order received 10/17/12,
CC charged 11/26/2012,
Rifles received 11/30/2012.

Just received two Kimbers, both in excellent condition. Very slight razor mark on one, none on the other. Both bolts look good (minimal external rust near extractors) and function (cock and fire) fine. I have not disassembled either of them. Overall a very nice purchase.

Shipped: 12/03
Arrived: 12/04

Just unpacked it, S/N 4624.
Bolt has moderate rust.
Bore looks dark. Will need a very good cleaning.
Slingblade did the stock job on it in 2 places.
Stock has interesting burl - looking grain in it.

Got my Kimber in this morning:
Mailed order on 10/15
DBU on 10/30
Estore on 11/26
A quick look just as the BWT dropped it off showed only a small 6-8 inch cut in the plastic bag and no cuts in the stock and no obvious rust on the bolt sealed inside the smaller bag. Nice looking walnut stock w/out cuts. Just now looked at it a little closer and found a nice straight six+ inch scratch in the metal just above the stock line and just under the serial number (3785), Kimber logo, and model number. Oh well...at least its straight Should all clean up nice when I get some time.

This is getting expensive. Was not expecting to make the cut, so have to think of how to break it to wife. This is going to cost me a pair of Shoes

Just picked up from FedEx. Far exceed my expectations. Bag had no slit and therefore no cuts on the stock. I was the first to open the Bag since the rifle was sealed in.
