I live in the "crowded" part of Vermont and have been shooting, mostly handguns, for 40 yrs...maybe a little longer. Last year, a friend showed me his M1 Garand and I was hooked. Soon after, I purchased my M1 Garand, RM1Special, through CMP. I'm still getting acquainted with my M1 and learning what it likes and doesn't like. I have a lot to learn. So far, I'm having a lot of fun! I do most of my shooting at the CCF&G.

As you may have guessed, the "seadog" refers to my Navy background.
